Stanley W. Fredrickson was born on April 26, 1921 to Albert and Rebecca Jensen Fredrickson in Clarks Grove, MN. He moved with his family to Cedar Falls, IA and then to Long Beach, CA where he attended school. Stanley served in the United States Army during WWII. After his discharge, Stanley returned to Minnesota where he was employed as an engineer at Wilson & Co. On March 30, 1941 he married Elenora Nelson in Northwood, IA. After Elenora passed Stanley married Sandra Peterson Wildeman on July 26, 1992. He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church. Stanley enjoyed wood-carving, reading, music, flying Cessna airplanes, building RC planes, golfing, and using his metal detector. Survivors include his wife, Sandra; daughters, Sharon Hanson and companion John Larson and children, John Debbie Hanson and Dawn Paul Hussmann, Sandra Don Bissen and their son Nicholas Bissen, Joddy Matt Tighe and children, Shelby, Blayne and Venus Parks; sons, James Wildeman and companion Vicky, and Jeremy Wildeman and his children Ian Wildeman and Victoria Wildeman; mother-in-law, Dagne Weum; brother-in-law, Oscar Jensen; sister-in-law, Harriet Gilbert Larson; numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Rebecca Fredrickson; wife, Elenora Nelson Fredrickson; parents-in-law, Chris and Edna Nelson; step-father, Leroy Larson; sister, Bernice Jensen; brother, Albert Fredrickson, Jr. and son-in-law, Roger D. Hanson.
