Russell Paulson was born to Edward and Eva Goodhope Paulson on November 7, 1924 in Viborg, South Dakota. The family moved to a farm north of Albert Lea in 1930. Russell graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1942 and married Audrey Nelson on January 30, 1954. Three daughters were born to them. He farmed for many years and retired in 1982. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Clarks Grove since his baptism on his 13th birthday. Russell had many responsibilities in the church. Survivors include his wife, Audrey; daughters, Lorelie Dallas Redlin, Teresa Bill Colon, and Joy Koltz; eight grandchildren, Mikala Ken Redlin Larson, Stefan and Trevor Redlin, Justin, Sara and Jared Colon, Kasey and Clinton Koltz; great-grandchild, Caleb Larson; and brother, Harris Paulson. Russell was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Vernon, Maurice, and Milton. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to First Baptist Church, Clarks Grove
