Myrtle Henrietta Offenhauser was born on June 20, 1910 to Chris and Minnie Jensen Jenson in Albert Lea, MN. She grew up and went to school in the Albert Lea area and lived here most of her life. Myrtle was united in marriage to Lawrence Offenhauser on June 2, 1934. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and active in the ladies aide. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Jane Offenhauser, Sr., of Elysian, MN; three grandchildren, Wayne Offenhauser, Jr., of Moundsview, Steve Sharon Offenhauser of Cottage Grove, Serena Matthew Ruzicka of Cannon Falls, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Offenhauser, parents, Minnie and Chris Jenson; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Mildred Jenson, Vernon and Maxine Jenson, and Stanley and Kathryn Jenson, and daughter-in-law, Sharon Henry Offenhauser.
