Louise Juliet Aske was born February 11, 1910, to Peter and Alma Helland Hanson in Nevada, Iowa. She attended school in Forest City. On October 3, 1928, Louise was united in marriage to Gerhard Aske at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. In 1941, the couple moved to Albert Lea. Louise spent all her life making a home for her family and raising her children. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea for many years. Survivors include her son, Terry Aske and his wife Jan; daughter, Elaine Sundve and her husband Jack; grandchildren: Sandee Peterson, Susan Stoen, David Aske, and Mari Topitzhofer; great-grandchildren: Brendan Stoen, Ryan Sundve, Erin Stoen, Kathryn Topitzhofer, Trip Aske, and Jadyn Aske; sister, Marie Gard; and special family members, Mary Hanson and Carol Aske. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerhard; her son, Dennis Aske; brothers: Willard, Virgil, and Luvern Hanson; and sister, Gertrude Hanson.
