LaVonne Marlys Knutson

LaVonne Marlys Knutson was born on July 23, 1946 to Edward and Martha Davidson Christensen in Albert Lea, MN. She grew up in Albert Lea and graduated from Albert Lea High school in 1964. On April 20, 1968 she was united in marriage to Larry Knutson at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. LaVonne loved being a homemaker and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She also enjoyed collectables and antiques. Survivors include her husband Larry; children Chet Knutson of Lake Mills, IA and Mathew and his wife Jennifer Knutson of Plymouth, MN; grandchildren Tanner and Elianna Knutson; brothers LuVerne Christensen of Albert Lea and David and wife Jeanine Christensen of Clarks Grove; sister Linda and husband Wayne Nelson of Conger; brothers-in-law Robert Cobb and wife Margaret Knutson of Albert Lea and Ronald Kute and wife Marian Knutson of Lakeville; sister-in-law Bev and husband Alan Buck Kestner of Austin; and several nieces and nephews. LaVonne was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Duane Christensen in childhood.
