Larry Irving Sigurdson

Larry was born on July 9, 1948 to Ralph and Gladys Leidal Sigurdson in Albert Lea, MN. Larry graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1966. He served in the United States Army and served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Following his discharge, Larry returned to Albert Lea and worked for Queens, Streaters and Naeve Hospital. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and formerly a member of the Moose Lodge, the American Legion and the VFW. Larry loved motorcycles, going up north to the cabin with his parents, and he also enjoyed camping and fishing. Survivors include his mother, Gladys of Albert Lea; sister, Pat Tim Miller of Austin, nieces and nephews, Bob Oakland of Coon Rapids, Tim Shurson of Waukegan, IL, Chad Heiny of Chino Hills, CA, and Tiffany Nowak of Wells; several great nieces and nephews. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Ralph; and sister, Lorraine Oakland.
