Kenneth Earl Seeger was born to Adolph and Ella Mielke Seeger in Albert Lea. He had attended Albert Lea schools and was a lifelong resident of the area. On July 28, 1943, Kenneth was united in marriage to Genevieve Jensen at Trinity Lutheran Church. He served in the United States Army during World War II. Kenneth worked at the Co-op Creamery for many years, eventually buying the business. After his retirement, he was employed at Floorcrafters cleaning and cutting carpets and then as custodian at Trinity Lutheran Church. Kenneth was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and Trinity Lutheran Church. He enjoyed fishing, water skiing, and especially spending time with his family. Survivors include his children: Carol and her husband, Paul Horgen of Phoenix, AZ, and their children, Tate, Chris, Joey, and Betsy; Greg Seeger and his friend, Jody Hamberg of Albert Lea and their children, Dirk and his wife, Kristen, Josh, Joey, and Jill and her daughter, Haley; Paulette and her husband, Mike Zenner of Rochester and their children, Nathan and Amanda; and Mary and her husband, Brad Johnson of Austin and their children, Heather and her husband, Tony Crumb and their children Tyler, Cody, and Gregory, Nick, Ben, and Maggie; sister, Dorothy and her husband, Ray Hershey; and nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Genevieve; and brothers, Wesley and Wilbur.
