June Christianson

June Elizabeth Christianson was born on June 16, 1923 to Harry and Hilda Otto Wolkerstorfer in St. Paul, MN. She grew up in St. Paul and attended the public school of Ramsey County. After school, June was employed in the office of Farewell, Osmond & Kirk Co. On December 19, 1953 she was united in marriage to Ernest Christianson in St. Paul. The couple moved to the Hartland area where June loved being a homemaker and also helped Ernie with the family business, Christianson Plumbing & Heating. June was a member of Assemblies of God Church. She was an excellent musician and in her younger years enjoyed singing in the church and elsewhere. She also played organ and accordion. June's home and family were of the utmost importance to her. She was gifted in and enjoyed decorating and arranging flowers. After Ernie passed away June lived with Tim & Kim and loved being able to spend time with her grandsons. Blessed be her memory. Survivors include her son, Timothy H. Christianson and wife Kim; grandsons, Jacob Christianson and special friend Annie Steffens, Timothy E. Christianson and Nicholas D. Christianson; sister, Lois Jerry; brother, Harry and wife Marlette Wolkerstorfer; sisters-in-law, Elsie Brink and Ruby Wiedenheff; brother-in-law, Donald and wife Margret Christianson; many special nieces and nephews. June was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest H. Christianson; sister Evelyn Morris Heitzman; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Einar Ann Christianson, Norman Ardis Christianson, Ralph Ann Christianson, Evelyn Hintz, Raymond Lois Christianson, Oscar Christianson, Mike Jerry, Ernest Brink and Bill Wiedenheff.
