Judith Scharlotte Wombold was born April 5, 1918, to Robert L. and Bertha D. Tuke Reynolds in Hot Springs, VA. She grew up in Virginia and moved to Ohio during her years in high school. On February 14, 1942, Judith was united in marriage to Floyd Wombold in Lorain, OH. The couple came to Albert Lea in 1977, when Floyd was transferred here. Judith was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her husband, Floyd; her son, Floyd Wombold, Jr. and daughter, Scharlotte and her husband, Daniel Rich; grandchildren, Sarah Rich Forney and her husband, Steve, and Stephanie Rich; great-grandchildren: Sean Rich, Amanda Forney, Emily Forney, and Allison Forney; and brother, Gray Sprinkle. Judith was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Presbyterian Food Pantry or the Multipurpose Room Expansion.
