Josie I. Bell

Josie Irene Bell was born April 8, 1906, to Ole J. and Annetta J. Jorgenson Ingvaldson in Lerdahl, MN. She attended Crook School District #88 and spent her entire life in Freeborn County. On November 30, 1933, Josie was united in marriage to Edward C. Jensen at the First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. He preceded her in death in 1962. On September 17, 1966, Josie married Joseph T. Bell at the Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church in Austin. He died in 1993. Survivors include her son, Roger Jensen of Austin; daughter, Lois and her husband, Steve O'Neill of Anthem, AZ; son-in-law, Edward Pfeifer of Austin; grandchildren: Mary Jo Pfeifer of Dennison, IA, Ann Marie Pfeifer of Sioux Falls, SD, Chris and his wife, Christine Jensen of Austin, Jay Jensen of Minneapolis, and Shannon O'Neill and Kelly O'Neill, both of Eden Prairie, MN; great-grandchildren, Rose Jensen of Austin and Deston Uditsky of Eden Prairie; and sisters, Helen Majerus and Marvel Olson, both of Albert Lea. Josie was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Edward Jensen and Joseph Bell; daughter, Donna Pfeifer; grandson, David Pfeifer; and daughter-in-law, Rose Jensen.
