Janet Janice Johnson

Memorial services for Janet Janice Johnson, age 74, of Albert Lea will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Kent Otterman will officiate. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. Friends may greet each other one hour prior to the service.
Janet died on Tuesday, May 13, 2015 at her home.
Janet Janice Johnson was born on June 24, 1940 in Owatonna, the daughter of Clarence and Leona (Metzler) Johnson. Due to severe health issues, Janet spent most of her life in health care institutions. She lived the last several years at REM Homes here in Albert Lea. Those who knew and loved her will remember her independent spirit and excellent sense of humor.
Survivors include her friends and caregivers as well as other relatives.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents.
