Deanne Lee Kuchera was born on July 1, 1943 in Albert Lea, the daughter of Leighton and Marguerite (Turbett) Will. She grew up in the Gordonsville area, and went to high school in Albert Lea. She transferred to Glenville High School for her senior year, graduating in 1961. In August of 1966 Deanne was married to Harold Kuchera in Ellendale. They lived in Albert Lea for a couple of years before moving to Hayward. Deanne worked for the Hayward school cafeteria, worked as a keypunch operator for the State of Minnesota, worked for the post office, and most recently had worked for Conger Catering. She was a member of Hayward Lutheran Church, the Eagles Auxiliary, and the TOPS Club. Deanne enjoyed playing bingo, and watching sports, especially softball. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Blessed be her memory.
Survivors include her husband Harold, children Alisa (Nathan) Niesen of Lakeville and Allan (Sara) Kuchera of Farmington; grandchildren Emma and Jack Niesen and Samuel, Benjamin, and Matthew Kuchera; brother Larry (Carolyn) Will; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Deanne was preceded in death by her parents.
