David Wayne Prizler was born on January 21, 1943 to Elmer and Evelyn Spurgeon Prizler in Austin, MN. He grew up in the Myrtle and Glenville area and attended school in Glenville, District 245. David joined the National Guard and served for 9 years. He married Rose Dowd in the early 60’s. She died in a car accident in 1971. David drove semi for trucking companies over a span of 37 years. He drove for Red Owl, Barry Jacobsen Trucking, Old Reliable, H &R Trucking, Conger Creamery, Styer Transportation; he also worked for Kenny Lawson, Viracon, and Speltz Elevator. After retiring from trucking David worked for Cech farms. David married Dorothy Williamson on April 10, 1993 at Glenville United Methodist Church. They made their home in rural Glenville. He was a member of the sunset Saddle Club and enjoyed showing horses, fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling, making homemade sauerkraut and gardening.. David loved spending time with friends and family and visiting with them. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; son’s, Paul Rhonda Barnard, Barry Prizler and special friend Beth Kor and Jay Prizler; daughter, Debbie Keith Moses; stepson, Ryan Williamson and fiancé Nikki Rogers; grandchildren, Brad, Aaron, Amanda, Jacob, Rocky and Heath; brother, Richard Nancy Prizler; sister, Gayle Bill Perkins; mother-in-law, Eleanor Williamson; sisters-in-law, Pat Craig Roell, and Cheryl Mike Reichow; many nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents, Elmer and Evelyn; first wife, Rose; father-in-law, Dale Williamson; brother-in-law, Larry Williamson; many aunts and uncles.
