Daniel Alan Bussey

Funeral services for Daniel Alan Bussey, age 45, of Kiester, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, December 30, 2010 at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Steffen will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Daniel died unexpectedly of Friday, December 17, 2010 in Chicago.

Daniel Alaln Busey was born on August 11, 1965 in Reading, PA, the son of Philip and Loretta Bussey of Maryland.  He grew up in the Maryland area and earned his GED from Bemidji, MN in 2007.  Daniel has been a truckdriver for 23 years.  For the last eight months he drove for McFarland out of Austin, MN.  Dan was a ravens and a Redswkins fan.  He liked to build Legos models and fish, and spend time with his wife, son, and family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Wanda Ann (Baker) Bussey of Kiester, son Codey Allen Huehn of Rochester, brothers Scott BUssey of Germany and David Bussey of Maryland, sister Audrey Bussey Day of Maryland, nephews Jimmy and Alec, nieces Sophia and Tori, friends Brenda and Steve Easley of Rochester, Donna and James Bendickson, Kathy and Roger Bendickson, Bruce and Sherry Parlette of South Carolina, also Becca, Max, Braden, Shyan, Sammy, and Jason Jr. of Kiester.

Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents Loretta and Clare Froess and Erving and Nadine Bussey, and his best friend Mike in Maryland.
