Carroll Stevens

Carroll was born May 4, 1923 to Freeman and Dorothy Koos Smith in Mitchell, SD. After spending her early years in an orphanage she was adopted by John and Helen Opie Fleming. On November 23, 1947 she was united in marriage to Malcom Stevens in Albert Lea. Carroll was a homemaker and during WWII Carroll worked at Wilson's Packing Co. She enjoyed singing church hymns and had a very strong faith. Survivors include her sons, Gerald of Boston, Massachusetts and Edward of Albert Lea. Carroll was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Malcom.
