Agnes V. Madson

Agnes Victoria Madson was born May 28, 1910, at Clarks Grove to Peter and Caroline Bothum Olson. She was baptized and confirmed at the Central Freeborn Lutheran Church and attended the Barlow School District #20. On December 22, 1936, Agnes was united in marriage to Albert P. Madson of Hartland. He preceded her in death September 10, 1969. Agnes was an active member of Cross of Glory Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid, Mission Circle, and the Altar Guild, and had held offices in the various organizations. She was also a member of Senior Citizens and the Cemetery Committee. Survivors include many nieces and nephews. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert; sisters, Alpha Andrew Nelson, Ila Lloyd Langlie, Palma Loren Jordan, Mabel Clifford Pierce, Hazel Orville Olson, and Alice Kenneth Pengra; and brothers, Erven, Rhuben and Orten.
